કોરોના વાઇરસના કારણે દુનિયાભરની એરલાઈન્સને 113 અબજ ડોલરનો ફટકો

મોનાર્ક અને થોમસ કૂક બાદ હવે બ્રિટિશ એરલાઈન્સ ફ્લાઈબ પણ બંધ થઈ બેઈજિંગ/તહેરાન/વૉશિંગ્ટન, તા. 5 ફેબ્રુઆરી, 2020, ગુરૂવાર કોરોનાની ભયાનકતા દિવસે દિવસે વધતી જાય છે ત્યારે ઈન્ટરનેશનલ એર ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ એસોસિએશને દાવો કર્યો હતો કે દુનિયાભરની એરલાઈન્સને કોરોનાના કારણે 113 અબજ ડોલરનો ફટકો પડશે. હવાઈયાત્રામાં ઘટાડો થયો હોવાથી એરલાઈન્સની દુનિયાભરની સર્વિસ પ્રભાવિત થઈ રહી છે. એરલાઈન્સને મોટો ફટકો પડી રહ્યો હોવાથી એક પછી એક એરલાઈન્સ તેમની સર્વિસ બંધ કરી રહી છે. અગાઉ મોનાર્ક અને થોમસ કૂક એરલાઈન્સે તેેમની સર્વિસ બંધ કર્યાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી. હવે બ્રિટિશ એરલાઈન્સ ફ્લાઈબ પણ બંધ થઈ ગઈ છે. આ એરલાઈન્સના માધ્યમથી દર વર્ષે આશરે 80 લાખ કરતા વધુ પ્રવાસીઓ મુસાફરી કરતા હતા. એવો જ ફટકો પેટ્રોલિયમ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીને પણ પડયો છે. ઓર્ગેનાઈઝેશન ઓફ ધ પેટ્રોલિયમ એક્સપોર્ટિંગ કન્ટ્રીઝ (ઓપેક) સંગઠને સાથી દેશોને દરરોજ 15 લાખ બેરલનું ઉત્પાદન ઘટાડવાનો પ્રસ્તાવ મૂક્યો છે.  રશિયા સમર્થન આપશે તે સાથે જ ઓપેક દેશો પેટ્રોલિયમના ઉત્પાદનમાં કાપ મૂકશે. કોરોનાના કારણે અસંખ્ય સેક્ટર્સ મંદીમાં સપડાયા છે. એરલાઈન્સથી લઈને ઉદ્યોગ એક

લોકોમાં કોરોનાનો કાલ્પનીક ભય ફેલાયો છે જેનો સૌથી વધુ ગેરલાભ દવાઓના વેપારીઓ ઉઠાવી રહ્યા છે. વડોદરામાં સ્થિતિ એવી છે કે લોકો માસ્ક લેવા માટે પડાપડી કરી રહ્યા છે એટલે ડિસ્ટ્રિબ્યૂટર્સ અને વેપારીઓએ માસ્કની કિંમતમાં ૪૦૦ ટકાનો વધારો કરીને લૂંટ ચલાવી છે. જેની સામે સરકારી તંત્ર અને કેમિસ્ટ એન્ડ ડ્રગિસ્ટ એસોસિએશન ચુપચાપ હોવાથી કાળા બજારના આ ધંધામાં તેમના આશીર્વાદ હોવાની શંકા ઉભી થઇ રહી છે. કોરોનાના ભયના કારણે લોકો માસ્ક લેવા માટે મજબૂર બન્યા છે. વડોદરામાં શું સ્થિતિ છે તે જાણવા માટે વડોદરાના કેટલાક મેડિકલ સ્ટોરના સંચાલકો અને માસ્કની ખરીદી કરવા આવેલા લોકો સાથે વાત કરતા જાણવા મળ્યુ કે વડોદરામાં તો માસ્કના કાળા બજાર થઇ રહ્યા છે. કોઇ પણ પ્રકારના વાયરસને શ્વાસમાં જતા રોકવા માટે ખાસ એન-૯૫ પ્રકારના માસ્કની જરૃર પડે. આ પ્રકારનો માસ્ક અગાઉ બજારમાં ૬૫ થી ૭૦ રૃપિયામાં મળતો હતો પરંતુ કોરોનાના ડરના કારણે માસ્કની ડિમાન્ડ વધતા જ માસ્ક  બનાવતી કંપનીઓે, ડિસ્ટ્રિબ્યૂટર્સે અને વેપારીઓેની સિન્ડિકેટ  બની ગઇ છે અને ગ્રાહકોને લૂંટવાની યોજના બનાવી લીધી છે. હાલમાં વડોદરામાં એન-૯૫ પ્રકારના માસ્ક રૃ.૨૨૫ થી ૨૫૦ની કિ
